January 2021
Friends of TM Rural Community Development,
Happy New Year! I hope you are doing well. It has been a particularly challenging time in
the world, with everybody trying to figure out a new way to move on. I want you to know
how much I appreciate you for your prayers and overwhelming support. This year TM
Ministries was able to drill a borehole, which provided clean drinking water to more than
five hundred families. A much-needed commodity, especially in this time during the
pandemic. The borehole has a capacity to yield 25 cubic meters of water per hour (25,000
liters/hour) and with your support, in the near future, we will be able to pipe the water to
more people. Thank you for lifting the lives of these people and putting a smile on their
faces.

Mary Ann Mary Stanford has made the decision to step away from the treasurer position.
She has faithfully served the TM ministry for many years. Mary Ann has been a valuable
asset and I thank her for her faithful service. I am pleased to announce that Karen Jones has
volunteered to take over the treasurer duties beginning January 1st 2021. She has a long
history with TM ministries and a lot of knowledge about Kenya as she has visited the
country for many years as a volunteer with compassion International. Karen Jones takes
this position with full support of the board of directors. We welcome her to the team. Her
contact information is below.  Ruth OKello
